Why I'm Blogging About Living Well

Welcome to my first lifestyle blog post, here on The Writer Eats! I'm so glad you took the time to see what's going on. 

This is actually one of the subtle reasons as to why I've had this mystical force push me to write about lifestyle. Taking time to check on your motivation, your well being and growth is so important!

I'm sure I'm not speaking for myself here but I know there are a lot of people out there like me, right this moment, that are feeling somewhat stuck in a little bubble that they want to pop. And I don't say rut because it's only a temporary layer of confusion in your life that you have on you. But even if you aren't, you may know someone who does need a little kick of inspiration or a few tips and tricks at life!

I've had this realization come to me very recently where I was clearly able to point out that I'm not doing okay and that it needed to change. This realization; which I'm incredibly thankful for left me immediately looking for solutions to help myself, you know? 

A little bit of time spent by myself helped me out and another few things dawned upon me...

  • That it's okay to feel that I don't have it all figured out. 
  • That it's okay to invest time in relaxing and caring for myself.
  • That it's okay to not be positive 150% of the time. 
  • And that it's also okay to ask for help when I need some, and talk about it with someone.

Currently, I'm in the process of figuring out a multitude of things for myself that contribute to well being, happiness, less stress and much more. I know I can't be the only 20 something year old living independently, going through this.

So, through my own journey of finding better ways, I want to offer you the same and more wherever I can. I hope you're able to take what you want from my experiences and add value to your own and even share it!
