Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Treats
I used to be such a crazy sweet tooth.
Now? Naaa... especially if it's chocolate, I rarely ever get cravings. And if I do, I'm good on nibbles of dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is full of anti-oxidants, boosts your mood and reduces your stress levels.
I'm so proud to have come a long way from eating TONS of sweets. It's mind blowing how much sugar I've consumed, even in daily foods. You'll be mind blown too, actually.
But either way, it's not harmful to indulge here and there and keep a balance. Now for my ladies, if cravings hit you hard around your menstrual cycle, or chocolate is your go to during stressful times, go ahead and indulge in some healthier alternatives like these utterly peanut butterly delicious peanut butter and dark chocolate treats!
I slightly adapted my friend Heather at Sweetly Raw Dessert's recipe, based on the ingredients I had available at home. She's an amaaazing dessert chef and so you can trust any of her recipes ( I do). This one's been adored at home so I know you'll love it too!
