Nuts N' More Berry Jam Sandwich

Have you ever tried making home-made compote or jam? Well, you're in for a little treat.

I tried a few versions of making home-made jam and I settled on this lovely one.
Spreading some delicious Nuts N' More salted caramel peanut butter on toasted oat bread; layering some warm berry jam on top, I squished the layers to meet and it was a scrumptious day starter.

So what's Nuts N' More? It is a protein infused peanut and nut butter brand that comes in quite a few flavours. While it is not dairy free, it still has low sugar content and a decent amount of protein content in it; which makes it stand out. 

My favourite flavours are Toffee Crunch and Salted Caramel and I've used them in my sandwiches and on pancakes! The best of both worlds, peanut butter with added protein is definitely for you if you enjoy both of them.
While I do like this brand, I have also enjoyed a dairy free brand called Buff Bake. Give them a try!

So, I can tell you one thing- with this peanut butter and home made duo, I already wanted another sandwich. More over, I looked forward to swishing up that oozey dripping of pb and jam with my finger and dab it on my bread and enjoy that sweet little crunch!

Ah man, this is making me hungry now. Also, I would like to suggest you try toasting alps grain bread. It adds an extra crunch and it's simply fantastic.

And don't worry. After making your jam/compote, you can refrigerate it up to a couple days.
