Native to Vietnam, this is a healthier "spring" roll served with fish sauce or peanut sauce.
These guilt-free rolls are filling and taste simply delicious.
I am definitely making them more often. Another advantage to making these? They are quick and easy to make!
This one has a slight spin on it using Thai inspired chicken that adds a kick to it!
The fillings will be slightly tricky if you haven’t made rolls before. Some practice will be needed but it’s easy to learn, so you need not worry. You can use two layers of wraps to keep everything from popping out.
