Vegan Burrito Power Wrap
While you don't have to be a meat eater to be physically strong and powered up, many people greatly undermine vegan food. This power wrap proves otherwise.
I personally think that to ensure you have adequate protein intake, you'll have to measure how much you're consuming.
Here, I added a good amount of chickpeas and tofu, as well I had some more of the two on the side, that I couldn't stuff into the wrap.
Aah, I think you can already tell that I really enjoy Mexican inspired meals. They're utterly simple to make and taste amazing.
I also added some guacamole instead of chipotle dressing (or sauce) or cheese in one. The other one had hummus! They're just so versatile! You could also add some tahini dressing too, since it works well on mostly everything. Nevertheless, you're going to end up feeling energized and nourished. Trust me!
