Spicy Pad Thai

Well, I'm sure you are, because I'm excited to share this recipe with you.
I've made pad thai several times at home and absolutely fall in love with it every single time I eat it.
The flavour is luxurious and is one of the most palatable things I've had.
I love this recipe by Alex at delishknowledge because it is simple; and while it looks like a lot of ingredients and work to do, it is simply repetitive ingredients for the most bit and quite fun to make.
My first time making it took a little longer as one would expect, but tasting the sauce, munching on some veggies while preparing my meal and enjoying some music in the background was a mood booster for sure.
So, I made slight adjustments to this recipe, and even topped it with pomegranates, which turned out to be really good. I haven't mentioned it in the recipe below but feel free to try it.
