Kickin' Tofu Spaghetti
You know store bought pasta sauces can STILL be customized, yes?
Well, you can make home-made pasta sauce too. The possibilities are endless, but for the sake of convenience and retaining some authenticity, I added a kick to store bought pasta sauce; which I really enjoy now.
Being an Indian, brought up with flavourful meals at home by mum and dad, that's really etched in me- the need for flavour and some spice, to say the least.
I also think that store bought pasta sauces, even though already have garlic and salt and pepper; don't bring out enough of that taste. Don't you think?
If you do, then you know exactly what I mean! Plus, having pasta or spaghetti isn't all that bad you know... Just balance it out with some veggies and protein and well, yeah don't always indulge in alfredo sauce and super cheesy and creamy ones and you'll be pretty well off.
