Rainbow Gains Plate
When you are going for gains, why not gain good?
Rainbow and buddha bowls are such a creative way to eat your way healthy! Really! It's pretty awesome.
Here, I stir-fried my tofu with bell peppers and more, made a Tunisian beetroot salad, enjoyed rice with some rice with basil and broccoli. Mmm... this stuff is so much fun to make as well as eat!
Did I tell you, before coming to Canada I had little to no aptitude for cooking?
So remember, if I can make something that's pretty darn good to eat, then so can you ( and I say this with some humility and care).
