Do you enjoy eating a plate full of colours? Not only do they look beautiful, but they are good for your health as you consume a variety of nutrients.

I love eating Buddha bowls for that reason. Plus, you have the freedom to eat whatever you want, however you want, as long as it is plant-based. You also get to enjoy different textures and tastes from your bowl of fun. Really, if you come to think of it; 

Buddha bowls are like a mixed appy platter, but just for yourself!

I've had a few Buddha bowls of my own , and shared some inspiring bowls on my Instagram as well. 

So how to make a Buddha bowl really? It's super easy! 

You add some proteins that you love, some carbs that you're in the mood for, greens and veggies you enjoy or want to try out, a fruit or two that you're maybe obsessed with (optional).
You sprinkle nuts and seeds and drizzle some of your favourite dressing if you like, and voila! 

You're going to feel super nourished, blessed and extremely happy.
