Easy Peasy Tahini Dressy (ing)
Tahini is a sesame paste most commonly used in Middle Eastern foods. Very recently, it has been gaining even more popularity among many cuisines; especially for its health benefits. Here are a few reasons you need some Tahini loving:
- Boosts immune system
- Great digestive aid
- Good for blood, brains and bones
- Great antioxidants
- Has shown to help slow down Alzheimer’s, and treat symptoms of Arthritis.
Tahini, when added to complete ingredients is a wonderful taste booster! You’ll be surprised to know what all you can add it to! While showing you a few examples of that is another post that I look to make soon, here’s the recipe I used, by Laura Miller, to compliment my Felafel Salad Platter recipe!
PS- You can use this as a spread for wraps, or to top as dressing for any other meal as well!
