Maple Grilled Banana Oatmeal Breakfast
One of the best feelings in the world is starting your day with a delicious, comforting meal that will make you feel like you can start ticking off your to-do list for the day!
This is exactly why I really really enjoy eating this grilled banana with maple syrup along with warm, cinnamon-y oats topped with berries, nuts and seeds. I LOVE IT when I feel like I can start off mentally and physically ready to do whatever it is that I have to do for the day; and I'm sure you do too.
I made this oatmeal combo using Naked Coconuts coconut oil to help energize myself and it made the grilled bananas taste even better! I love it because it's the perfect set up for feeling focused and having your tummy start functioning on a good note... you know what I mean?
Oatmeal is naturally digestion friendly and helps lower blood pressure. Bananas and berries are also a delicious combo to provide you with energy, are gentle on your stomach; and berries are packed with anti-oxidants.
This maple grilled banana oatmeal combo is just the perfect one because it offers a ton of benefits to your body. Plus, when you use cinnamon too, it'll leave your kitchen smelling delicious for hours! My kitchen smelled like beautiful, fragrant cinnamon for a couple hours and it was mentally invigorating. Mmm..... soo goood.
