Sometimes I call fruit nature's skittles or m&m's. Why?
Despite being quite deliciously addictive, candies don't do much for you nutritionally.
Fruit on the other hand, do!
On the daily, you should be consuming delicious, yummy, colorful and beautiful fruits. They are filled with wonder- with the different shapes, colors, sizes and tastes that they come in.
Besides, how lovely do these fruits served in a platter look? Would it make you want to pick up a few and just munch on them?
